| Remarks | the BIGGEST shooting star I have ever seen. It was bright white ball falling from high in the southern sky...down ...slightly to the east, but down to almost the horizon before it was gone. It had a \'tail\' like a falling star, only this one was HUGE... and it lasted the longest I have ever seen before, at least 5 seconds. Usually they are about 1 second whip across the sky, this was so different and amazing. |
