Reports Report 3645h (Event 3645-2019)

Observer
Name Jennifer D
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks A couple of the directional sections it asked me I didn't enter as there was no map or only a smidge of map and mostly grey (couldn't zoom the map) - hope the color segment gave the info needed. I wasn't 100% sure where I was on that road when I saw it, but I passed two police cars that were just driving away from a car right after I saw it if that helps. It was in Amherst, NH.
