Video included but timestamp is incorrect - it's set manually and it was not set correctly for daylight savings time. I know the correct hour because this was a dashcam video when I was about to leave home on my way to work and I know the time I go in. I looked up event 1191-2016 first and it's within 4 minutes of the timestamp and in the correct location and direction of travel so I'm confident it's the same event.
