Reports Report 10a (Event 10-2003)

Observer
Name Mike R
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks All information is accurate except for the date and time. It was maybe 15 years ago (approx) but was a very memorable experience. I think it was during the winter months. It was very large (maybe about a fifth the area of the full moon), bright, and slow-moving in a clear sky.
