Remarks yes, it appeared to split into a number of pieces that continued in the same direction briefly before fading out. did not spread out terribly far but was larger at the terminal end than the start or middle of the streak. didn't notice a specific flash to this one at the point of splitting. was bright yellow/orange however at that point.
