Reports Report 4328a (Event 4328-2019)

Observer
Name Stewart W
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks Today is 9.9.2019. This event was about three weeks ago on a Friday in the early evening at dusk. I saw no news reports about it afterwards. Given it's hieght, it could have been a huge distance away. I wonder if I was the only one to see it? The color blue/white was most amazing.
