My friend Doug Nelso also reported seeing something tonight but he lives 15 to 20 miles East of me and the fireball I saw was not traveling his direction.

It looked like a firework that had sparkles behind it, but it was definitely not a firework. It had a straight trajectory and I couldn’t see it arc. It just flew straight and then seemed to fizzle out and went dark in the sky.
