Reports Report 5097c (Event 5097-2019)

Observer
Name Judi K
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I like meteor showers, so I've seen a number of meteorites over the years. Most go out quickly and are very small. This was very large and hovered in the air for probably 5 to 10 seconds before it moved to the right of me a little and extinguished itself. I've only seen something similar once before in my life, a meteorite that struck the atmosphere and broke into pieces. This was much larger than that, but it didn't break into pieces. It just sort of snuffed out.
