Remarks Bright Green Medium Size Fall Ball, almost direct straight down blast. I was inside my living room, looking out our large windows at the beautiful large moon. Just then a blazing bright green fire ball streamed down, looked it may have landed within 5 minute bicycle distance from our home. Looked like it hit in Beverlywood, Culver City, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood Area...or closer. But I know these things are often further then they appear to be, so it could have been Santa Monica / Venice / the Pacific Ocean. But it looked like La Ciengna and Olympic Blvd cross intersection from our view. Lasted a solid 4 - 6 seconds before dispersing behind some houses / building in the distance. Definitely a piece of rock hit earth for sure. If I have to guess, partial iron composition about the size a basketball. Close enough I was tempered to get in my car and go see. Second time seeing a bright green one in my life. First was over 20 years ago, and was a side streaker, not direct hit like this.
