Reports Report 5566da (Event 5566-2019)

Observer
Name Denise B
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I was texting at the time, so the timeline was marked on my phone. I thought it was a firework discharge for Veterans Day in Dakota Dunes SD (13 miles south following Missouri River) that was defective. The cascade seemed upside down. Also, the person I was texting was from St Louis, she was in her basement, so when her neighbors called to see about explosion sound....it made for an interesting conversation when she started gathering information.
