Reports Report 1431d (Event 1431-2012)

Observer
Name fred L
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks Dark sky, it disappeared behind homes and trees. Did not see it hit ground. First one I ever saw. Made notes immediately. It fell S to N at an angle of about 15 to 20 degrees left of vertical. It was spectacular! Couldn't find any news about it on TV or paper. A guess of about far away it was...100 to 500 miles?
