Observer
Name Stephan Rolf S
Experience Level 4/5
Remarks Once again an observation while driving a car on the Autobahn. Direction and angles therefore couldn't be determined very exactly. Also, when I finally had the chance to make notes about my observation, I unfortunately wasn't sure anymore about the exact time. Might have been 7:13 local time or 7:16, but not before or after this time.
