Remarks I was walking in downtown Redwood City after dinner. Observed a bright round white circle with a yellow trail less than 15 feet up in the air. It moved slow enough I was able to stand and watch it for a few seconds and it moved exactly horizontal.Watched it disappear over the roof of the corner restaurant. Did not see any damage once it appeared to go over the roof and must have gone down.
