I was traveling North on Hwy 11 going 115km/hr. Flash lit up passenger side above vehicle (unable to see source) this was followed by me seeing a vibrant blue oval in top right of the windshield traveling parallel to my vehichle. Blue varied from azure-ultramarine-cobalt blue shades.
