At the time we didn't know what it was.we turned the vehicle around to see if there was any evidence of something that would give off that strong of light. Nothing was seen afterward. Visibility was about 30 feet(3 lines on the hwy) but for it to light us up like that in the severe fog I feel like it had to be super close. I had seen similar light years ago from a meteor that stayed in the sky for a few seconds.

Remarks
We were in severe fog(30 feet visibility)did not see the actual meteor or its direction. It lit up our truck, hwy and surrounding fog in a bright blue green color that startled us all.
