Most meteors I have seen were higher in the sky and not as bright as this one. Because of the brightness it seemed very close and I expected to hear something but didn\'t.

Remarks
Started as a bright round object that moved northerly and downward. As it moved it resembled a firework that sent out small bursts of brightness that then burnt out.
