| Remarks | I was driving east after dark on Hwy 36 east of St. Francis, Kansas. It was a clear night. There was no other traffic. The fireball was so bright it caught my attention in my right field of vision. It started out white or light yellow & became brighter, larger, & green with fragmentation before it disappeared. It seemed close, but I didn't hear anything as I was in my car. |
