Observer
Name Joe A
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I described the basic experience in an earlier comment slot. I did call a friend shortly afterwards just to go on record as best I knew how at the time. good thing I mentioned it in an email later howeve, w/ date and time as best I can recall it. I’ve looked online in the years since to see if there was a record of the occurrence, but found nothing. I happened to look again today and found this site, so I figured i’d report it. the crackling sound, the stronger-than-moonlight light appearing all around, and the thought that it was going to hit the land over about Bishop Ga. (about 3.5 miles away approximately due west) was a bit unnerving initially.
