Reports Report 688k (Event 688-2020)

Observer
Name Kristopher L
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks I was driving straight East of Sundre, Alberta, Canada when a bright orange to light yellow light appeared to very quickly streak downwards toward the horizon (it was like a fast bright slit had been cut in the clear blue sky) the streak of light was less than 10 degrees long and left a whispy thin white trail that hovered in the sky, like a cloud for about 30 seconds. This was very conspicuous and caught my attention easily, even with my sunglasses on. It happened way too quickly to have even grabbed my phone, let alone get any pictures.
