Remarks | Definitely not a flare or firework due to the straight trajectory pointing downwards on a slant coming from the sky, not originating on the surface or ground. Very obviously not a missile, plane or other object. Never seen anything like it. I think if you hold your hand out the ball was quite large, the size of my pinky fingernail. The ball was a black circle surrounded by bright orange, yellow, white light and same in the tail, maybe even some green. Tail was wider and thicker near the ball and tapered out several inches. Viewed up through car windshield heading North and it came into view from East to West. |
