From my view point I was looking out over Memphis Tn. from a little north of due west. I would say the fireball was definitly over Tennessee and I was seeing it from eastern Arkansas. I have seen 4 fireballs in the past which were large even very large. This one was a little smaller but still a fireball and very bright for the level of light in the sky.

Remarks
It was a glowing train, outer edges thinned out. I could tell it was breaking apart by little \"sparks\" along sides and back half.
Terminal flash
Observation
No
Remarks
I could see little bursts or color/sparks/chunks coming off sides and back area, clearly breaking apart. I actually lost sight as it went lower then my field of view so never saw the terminal flash. Have never seen one that low on the horizon.
