I was standing in my dog run with my dogs when I though a helicopter was shining a light over our home. When I looked up I saw the bright blue object heading east. It appeared to be in the street or behind my neighbors house it was THAT close. I had never seen anything like it and ran inside to tell my roommate. If anything was left it would have to be in the immediate area because it was falling lower than my neighbors house.
