Remarks bright white or bright blue flash of light that flew downward at a slight angle. very odd as it was moving toward earth and very bright and visible during daylight hours. lasted approximately 3-4 seconds then disappeared before falling below the horizon. was visible long enough for me to get the attention of someone else who also witnessed this.
