| Remarks | My husband and I were driving home over night from NJ to FL and we were in a somewhat brightly lit area (coming up on a semi-populated rest stop) and even with the lights in front of us, this meteor/fireball was bright enough that it caught our attention and we both saw it. We were facing South or possibly even Southeast. I'm unsure completely, but I know we saw it around 3:44 AM and it was white/yellowish in color and looked as if it was falling from the sky as opposed to going across the sky like most meteors we see. |
