Reports Report 1890c (Event 1890-2012)

Observer
Name Mike T
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks Was driving at the time so there was plenty of light pollution but the fireball appeared almost directly in front of me and was much brighter than stars (clear skies) so it caught my attention. Initially thought it had to be a firework since I've only ever seen "shooting stars" before but since the Leonids are going on, it could have been a meteor.

Remarks Definitely saw it break up into two or more pieces before disappearing. Honestly, it looked like a firework. If it wasn't for the Leonids going on (which I didn't know at the time), I would have assumed it was a firework. Still might have been.
