| Remarks | I thought it might be a fast moving plane glowing thru clouds, wasnt even sure I saw it. Then a lady in line at store said she saw something this morning. I asked her what time, and when she said 6:40 am I thought it confirmed what I saw. She said it was big, and said it was glowing green and had a tail. I did not see that, but it did look like a large glow, too large for a plane or typical star. It looked low and fast. I guarantee many people in Woodbridge VA or even Wash DC area saw it too on their way to work |
