| Remarks | It was an extraordinary moment. My time noted is approximate (about 7 pm). I have never before seen a meteor this close or low on the horizon, nor this large. It appeared more as a UFO or a very fast moving missle arching downward. I almost expected to hear/feel an impact as if it was going to hit somewhere between Franklin, TN and Huntsville, AL. |
