Remarks I have watched a few 'meteorite showers' in my past but this one (1) falling object was brighter and clearer than any other I had seen. My sighting only lasted for a couple of seconds. I do not remember 'what time' it was except that it was evening. My husband is out of town so I wasn't paying attention to time. I noticed the moon was full. I live in Altamonte Springs in a lakefront condo on shoreline of Lake Orienta. I have a sliding glass door that faces east with a great view of the horizon and sky. I have a clear view of the sky except down low where there are many trees right on the opposite shoreline. Many times in the past from my Sandy Cove condo on Lake Orienta in Altamonte Springs, I have watched space launches from Cape Canaveral rising in almost same location as this 'falling star' or 'meteorite'. Today, Sunday morning, because the light I had seen the night before was so big and bright, I wondered if on Dec 29, 2012 if there were any 'falling stars or meteorites' expected I looked on the internet and found your site. I noticed there were some other postings for Dec 29, 2012 so I decided to post what I saw.
