[I had submitted a previous report ( #212027) but with the wrong time. This is the more updated report with a sighting around 7:22pm EST ] I was stopped in a traffic light in the car when this happened. There were about 2-3 street lamps around me so I was hesitant on what I saw but then the light that I saw was moving and then disappeared which confirmed to me that it wasn’t just a street light reflection of any sort. The speed is similar to a plane up in the sky but this light was much rounder and brighter.
