I was inside of my 3rd floor apartment on the couch when a bright white light caught the corner of my eye. I turned wondering why a helicopter seemed so close and bright and as I did it turned to a bright yellowish/orange and was falling so fast I my first thought was it would hit a nearby house! I sent texts to a few friends in the area but they weren't outside or facing east at the time. It looked like it was coming from either the north or northwestern part of the sky, or I would assume that would have been where it was coming from
