| Remarks | The attached photo includes an aircraft contrail--I was photographing the sunset with the aircraft contrail and only serendipitously captured the fireball I happened to see streaking across the sky as I was taking the photograph. The fireball is quite dim--though easily visible if you zoom into that area--and is to the lower left of the aircraft contrail. I made an Imgur page with captioned photos and more details about the photo, camera, settings, etc: https://imgur.com/gallery/hcShOBR Photo info: Motorola one zoom, ƒ/1.7, 1/398, 4.745mm lens, ISO100. Camera app was gCam in HDR mode, so it is possible the gCam/HDR processing affected the image of the fireball somehow. |

| Remarks | Just noticeable, very short-lasting, glowing train along its trajectory |
| Terminal flash | |
|---|---|
| Observation | Yes |
| Remarks | I believe there was a slight flash as the fireball broke up, but more noticeable was the fact that it broke into 2-3 pieces, each leaving its own short glowing trail (see below) |
| Fragmentation | |
|---|---|
| Observation | Yes |
| Remarks | Just before it disappeared, probably 90% of the way through its visible trajectory, it broke into 2-3 pieces. These continued leaving a short train, each going a slightly different direction. They then disappeared very quickly. |
