Remarks My first impression was that this was very close. Since I heard no sound and the speed was fast I deduced that it could be very far away and the velocity could've been much greater than I realized. I have seen shooting stars like most people have however I've never seen one this bright or the slow before. Initially I wondered where it could have landed thinking that it could've been very close. Not knowing the exact distance it's hard for me even to imagine where it could've landed on earth if it ever did.

Remarks The trail looked a little fuzzy. At first I thought it was fireworks but the speed and angle didn't seem appropriate for any kind of skyrocket. This happened very fast and it's hard to remember exact details. There might've been some amber color but I'm not sure. I was looking for Jupiter Saturn when I saw it. I sent a text message to a friend and she said one of her relatives also saw this from Mercer Island near Seattle.
