Reports Report 194u (Event 194-2013)

Observer
Name Daniel W
Experience Level 4/5
Remarks The object came into my view while I was driving. My observation was what became visible through my windshield as the object passed into my field of view from being obscured by the roof of the vehicle. Now that I think about it, the blue color may have been from the tint at the top of the windshield. Still, a very bright and unusual object.
