| Remarks | Time of observation was approximate. The drastic deceleration of the bolide and then disintegration that made it look like a flare dropping was one of the most unique observations I've had in over 40 years of meteor watching. It appeared to disintegrate so low of an angle to the horizon (~10 degrees) it looked as though particles could have made it to the ground. |
