| Remarks | I saw this through a large window across the room from my bed, which faces East. My first thought was a fireball, but I then decided I must have seen an early seagull swooping and catching the light. My description re colour, train etc is therefore vague, but the direction and angle of track are reasonably precise. I realised that I must have seen a fireball when i saw a report on a Broadstairs page on Facebook, followed by subsequent reports elsewhere. Unfortunately, having first decided that I must have seen a seagull through my window, I failed to note an exact time, so mine is given here to match the time that others reported the fireball. |
