Reports Report 220d (Event 220-2013)

Observer
Name Alan A
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I was driving, so the first appearance was delayed by limited field of view. The event was bright enough that it got my attention prior to coming into my field of view inside the vehicle. Local Emergency agency received multiple reports of this. First appearance was of a bright green object traveling at approximately 200 deg downward, thus slightly right to left downward, but mostly down. As it came to the horizon 3 rapid bright white flashes were seen.
