Reports Report 678bt (Event 678-2021)

Observer
Name Brendan M
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks My time is exactly correct, since I immediately sent a text to catalog the time for reporting. I also believe there was a police vehicle in front of me heading eastbound on the same highway 123 that may have dashcam video of the spectacle. There is also a rock quarry company near that location that may be able to give you footage from security cameras as well.
