Our house is very rural and this was very unusual. It appeared to pass very quickly and my husband and I both commented" what the hell was that?" It was very bright. We've lived here over 20 years and have never seen anything like it before. But it did appear very low in the sky with a bright head the tail appeared segmented at the end.
