Reports Report 1202bqx (Event 1202-2021)

Observer
Name Denise M
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks Due to living in a house that is high up we have excellent views and I knew what I saw on a Sunday night was definitely not a plane. It was only because I was looking outside at the time that I was lucky enough to have witnessed this unusual siting. It was so bright and so fast, such an experience that I’m now thinking of taking up astronomy as a hobby. I jumped up off the sofa when I saw it, my partner wondered what was going on and unfortunately he didn’t see it as he had his head in a book at the time. Yesterday’s Sky news reported a meteorite and then today on National news, so I’m really excited as this confirms what I saw and hopefully you will be able to as well. Just need to look for the fragments now! I’m hooked!
