Reports Report 383ai (Event 383-2013)

Observer
Name KATHERYN U
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I have only seen falling stars that were light a streak of light. Much smaller & thinner of a stream of light. Which burned away much quicker than this did. This Ball of light was alot Bigger and Brighter light than I had ever seen from a falling star and the trail it left was thick and long and like a red fire burning. It lasted quite a bit longer in the sky as it traveled than anything I had ever seen. I was driving going East on Hwy 40 in the Ocala National Forest when I saw it, so I don't know if there was any sound from it. My mother was with me and we both saw it.
