This was witnessed from inside my friends house. Cloud ceiling at the time of sighting was 20-23,000 feet. First thought was rocket launch but no correlating launch is found in web databases plus the relatively low cloud deck makes that an unlikely explanation. This was moving much faster than anything else I know of that is human fabricated and was steadily illuminated with no discernible trail. Hoping to see correlating observations come in!
