Remarks Slow bright white (cool white/slightly blue tinted) -5 mag. broke into 2 fragments, one of which noticeably fell behind the other, both of which disappeared quickly/simultaneously after fragmentation. Smooth light curve, with no significant flares (perhaps a small brightening during the fragmentation event itself) or terminal burst. 15-20 deg path (slightly down) below Leo suggesting radiant in S. Bootees, or beyond. 2-3 sec duration.
