Remarks A bright neon blue, fireball, similar to meteor w glowing tail streaked horizontally across the sky. It was about the size of a full moon and it had large (sparks) about a 4th it's size, shooting off in all directions. It seemed to me it was probably a quarter mile from me. It was silent and did not seem to be dropping in altitude
