It appeared to be a very fast moving plane but grew brighter as it moved across the sky. Then it became apparent it wasn't a plane but the sky was dark so there was no smoke trail after but it did have a tail as it burnt off. It looked very much like that meteorite above Russia a few weeks ago and I was slightly alarmed which is what led me to google it. Google led me to this website and I figured I would report it. I never thought I would see an entry into the atmosphere like that. Much cooler than a "shooting star"!
