Remarks I've seen shooting stars before. This was way, way, way more than that. Reminded me of images folks in Texas saw of the space shuttle that time it broke up in the atmosphere.

Remarks The object started out as a tight dot and then as it feel it sort of flattened and lengthened and sparked. I thought for sure I was going to hear and feel a thumb as it went below the tree line but I heard and felt nothing.
