Reports Report 667by (Event 667-2013)

Observer
Name Amy G
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I was driving on the Rt. 15 taking the exit slowly when I saw it. As soon as I saw it, I thought it was a plane or a helicopter (because there is a helipad in the area) but it was blue/green and it streaks in and out, it was so cool! I looked on the internet to find something similar and I saw that it very very closely resembled a meteor! It was really close! Not like high up in the sky, almost above the trees, but still higher up where I didn't think it was going to hit anywhere close. Very very cool. Please keep me updated to see if I'm not the only one who saw this! - Amy :)

Remarks I was kind of in shock from the bluish green light... I knew it was a meteor, so I didn't pay exact attention to the train, but it was short. I ran through my mind that it could have been a firework because there was a train, but no way, it was definitely high up, and ran parallel to the ground.

Remarks It was very bright when I first saw it!
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks It flashed bright at first, then disappeared, then it came back and it kind of went in and out, but it was very bright when I saw it
