Reports Report 667sd (Event 667-2013)

Observer
Name Peter W
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks This was vivid, sharp, colorful: green, blue, orange, yellow, white, with white dancing, spiraling "sparks" at the last third of the tail. I thought it a gaudy rocket, then knew it was a fireball. No sound. Sky to the West a deep indigo, clear sky to the South, night time cumulus-type clouds higher, no sound. Lasted about 5 seconds, trail perhaps 2 seconds after the long meteor had passed, length about 5 fist-at-arm's-length spaces.
