| Experience Level | 1/5 |
| Remarks | We were driving along the Washington Ave exit off Hwy 395 towards the Pentagon. The flash looked as if it could have been a plane traveling into National Airport. It lasted long enough for my boyfriend to lean forward, look, ask what is that, me look, and see the big white glow w/ green tail and fade. |

| Remarks | It was a greenish tail that faded more slowly. For comparison, the big white flash that was surrounded by colors shrank down to nothing and disappeared. The tail last just a tap longer. |
