| Remarks | I was traveling north across the Chesapeak Bay Bridge Tunnel, so I had a completely unobstructed view over the dark waters and sky over the bay. At first, I thought I was witnessing the crashing of a large jet airliner or maybe a Navy missile firing or flare, it was that bright and yellow-green in color. However, after there was no sign of an impact, I surmised that it must had been a meteor and looked at the clock in my car which read 7:54 PM. |
