Remarks Me and 3 other people saw it. My one friend was under his car working on the engine and had time to come out from under it and still stand their a few seconds and see it. It was so close to us that I was praying because I thought we were being bombed and we were going to die. It was flashing all colors of blue and green and we could literally see the flames
